ARi S.A. is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, in accordance with Law 8968 on the Protection of Individuals Regarding the Processing of Their Personal Data.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following data to operate the Platform: full name, national ID or DIMEX number, email address, phone number, IBAN account numbers, IP address, and approximate device location data.

3. Use of data

Your data is used to: verify your identity, process your exchange operations, comply with regulatory requirements under Law 8204, communicate with you about your operations, and improve our services.

4. Data protection

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and periodic security audits.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share information with: the Central Bank of Costa Rica (for operation settlement), SUGEF (regulatory reports), and judicial authorities when required by law.

6. User rights

Under Law 8968, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of data not required by law, and object to the processing of your data for non-essential purposes.
